The Hardcore Brothers
The Hardcore Brothers is an alias by Sebastian Hoff, from Holland. Hoff used this alias to see if people bought music for the music and not because his primary artist name Dj Promo.
The only release ever under the name The Hardcore Brothers was a 12" called Smoke Motherfuckers, at the ID&T label. The record was also released on the 160 BPM Speedlimit label. But aside from the release his music was featured on the popular Thunderdome-series.
On the Thunderdome XXI-album "Lost Minds" was featured as a track from The Hardcore Brothers, but in fact this was an error. The error remained on the re-release of the album in 2002, so everyone credits the song to Promo's alias, rather then Dj Promo himself. Promo released the record as part of his King Of Pain-vinyl, on BZRK Records.
